With “No repeats until everyone has had a turn” on, a picked name sits out until the whole list has been called. The counter shows how far through the round you are; when everyone has had a turn, the next pick starts a new round. Your list is never edited.
Press “Save this list” to keep a class list on this device, then load it next lesson from the saved lists menu. Nothing is saved unless you press the button, and saved lists are never uploaded.
Yes. Every name still waiting in the current round has the same chance. With no-repeats off, every name in the list has the same chance on every pick.
Paste the class, press “Save this list” and give it a name like “Period 3”. Saved lists appear in the menu above the toggle. Use “Update list” after editing, or “Delete” to remove it.

It gets two turns per round, because it takes two spots in the list. Remove the duplicate if that is not what you want.
