Names, options, lists, number ranges and every result are computed on your device and never sent to a server. Shuffalo has no accounts, so there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to delete later.
A few preferences live in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them next time: your light/dark choice, which tools you opened recently, tool settings such as your dice tray or number range, and a random ID used only to limit how often the feedback form can be submitted. If you press “Save this list” in the name picker, that list is stored here too, on this device only. Clearing your browser data removes all of it.
If you use Send feedback or Suggest a tool, the message, the page you sent it from and, if you chose to add one, your email are stored so we can read and act on it. That is the only time anything you write leaves your browser. Email addresses are used only to reply.
Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites; it records the page, the referrer, and a coarse device and country category. See Vercel's analytics privacy policy.
Shuffalo may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and read how Google uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com. Ads never affect how the tools work or what stays on your device.
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's servers see the standard request data (IP address, browser, requested page) needed to deliver the page and keep the service running.
Shuffalo is a general-audience site and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
